Guaranteed Delivery On Long-Arming We guarantee long-arm quilt turnaround within one week.
If we don't deliver, we will give up to a 20% discount on the long-arming services!
That
right! We start the clock from the date the top, backing, batting, and any custom quilt designs have been left,
completed or purchased at our shop for long-arming. If we do not complete the long-arming within that period of time,
we will provide a 5% discount per business day on the long-arming fees up to a maximum of 20%. For example, if a quilt top were to be brought in on a Wednesday, it would be available
for pickup on or before the Thursday following that guarantee period. If it were not completed by that time, a 5%
discount would be taken off the price of the long-arming every day starting on that Friday, until the discount percent has
reached the maximum of 20%. In this example, if the long-arming fee were $100.00 and it were 5 days late [the next Thursday
after the guarantee], then the discount would be 20% or $20.00 resulting in the net long-arming fee of $80.00 [$100 -
$20 = $80]. Not bad! And, no more waiting months for that project to get finished! Restrictions: This offer is for quilts delivered to us on or after Wednesday,
December 16, 2009. This date and the length of the guarantee period can change from time to time. This offer is valid only on quilts brought in with an advance reservation. This
offer can not be combined with other promotions or discounts, unless this discount exceeds the other discount/promotion, in
which case. The use of a VVV coupon in payment does not count as a discount in this case. The date used as the start/drop off date is the date when all items required to begin the long
arming are in our shop. Some of these items are top, backing of the correct size, batting of the correct size, as well as
custom stitching designs needing to be purchased or designed. A week is comprised of seven business days. We normally have seven working days per week. However,
in the event we are close, as determined by the "Observed Holidays" on our web-site, then add the number of days we are closed to the guarantee
period if those holidays are included in your guarantee period. As this guarantee is
for long-arming only, it is not valid to quilts requiring additional sewing, binding or other services.
