·         Copy the design for their own use;

·         Make up to 25 quilts or other items using all or some of the components using that same design;

·         Display, gift, donate, or sell such quilts.

The original purchaser of the Raggedy Ruth Design pattern or quilt may not:

·         Transfer the design to another party whether or not for compensation or remuneration or barter or sharing;

·         Copy the design for any reason other than for their own private use;

·         Store the design in a manner that is accessible by others;

·         Display, donate, or sell resulting quilts or other items without giving design credit to Raggedy Ruth Designs.

No person, other than the original purchaser of the pattern may use, reproduce, copy, include or transfer the design
