As we continue to have quilters show up with their projects without an appointment when there is no one qualified to check projects in, we have instituted a "Self Check-In" option. With this option, you fill out the forms, yourself, without assistance from the staff.

We have had to instruct the staff-members who have not been qualified to check in a quilt not to assist in “Self Check-In”.

If you feel uncomfortable in filling out the form yourself, then the only option is for you make an appointment and bring your project in a second time. This is only reasonable as your work-of-art should reflect your choices.
