The Christmas Holiday Period is historically a time of high volume. Many newer quilters are unaware of the mass of quilted gifts and decorations that are being planned by the quilting community for the holidays. The result is that many times those desiring to get a gift finished in time for those holiday needs are disappointed.

We will announce our Christmas Cut-Off. The Cut-Off is the last day that we can assure our customers that their projects will be done [in time for them to bind] a week before Christmas. We can not specify the date of the cut-off as it is totally dependant upon the backlog plus the submission rate, which varies widely from day to day.

During the holiday season 2008 we were fortunate that those not needing their projects for the holidays kindly allowed others to "cut in front" and we were able to take in projects up to 8 days before and still get them out the next day!

We hope this ability to serve you continues in future years as well.

If you require more of a lead time due to shipping or travel requirements, please consider using the expedite service as this is the only way we can promise a specific date of delivery. We reserve the right to not provide expedited services due to backlog and other promises for projects already accepted.

Items submitted after the cut-off will not have this delivery promise.
